MEAAA serves older adults in the counties of St. Louis, St. Charles, Jefferson and Franklin. 
The Mid-East Area Agency on Aging was incorporated as a non profit corporation on January 29, 1973.  It is governed by a Board of 23 persons, the majority of whom are aged 60 or over.

MEAAA offers many programs for older adults.  Some are listed below:
